Spiritual & Sound Guide

Sound and Frequencies are powerful healing tools, we have learned this now. For women of a certain age - of which I am one – I AM here to help you discover other modalities we weren’t always taught. We are energy bodies and sound is vibrational (with different frequencies) so if you can help move energy, your body can do what it is designed to do, heal itself, innately. Appropriate sound can move ‘stuck’ energy, regulate the nervous system, help you sleep better. Even how you use your voice can make a difference, and I lead Gatherings and Song Circles on that, too.

The energy of sound can literally wake up all of our cells! You are a powerful and connected being. I am here to help you remember this as I remember it too, by walking with you and incorporating sound into my healing practices.

Along with other forms of energy flow such as Reiki (Uni-Verse/Life Force) and LaHoChi (13th Octave Light/Movement/Life Force) one can also incorporate meditation, breath work, singing, toning, mantras (aka mind transportation) humming… these tools help us to come back to ourselves.

Background

I am a trained singer, musician, Energy, Sound Healing, & Meditation Practitioner, and Certified End of Life Doula. Depending on the needs of an individual or a group, I am guided to use my voice, and any of the following that I work with:

-whole-tone crystal singing bowl

-endochrine and alchemical crystal bowls

-Himilayan metal bowls

-The four elements Koshi chimes, Venus chime

-crystal and metal tuning forks

-ceremonial Elk drum

-kalimba

-a custom Euphone tuned to the heart energy center F/A/C

-Pentatonic scale chimes, bells, rattles

-guitar, or the Merlin (stringed).
